TraceSense delivered a complete digital traceability and paperless manufacturing solution for biscuit production, replacing legacy systems and modernising key production processes.

🧾 Legacy System Replacement (Weighing & Batching)

The existing Stevens weighing system was replaced with a modern recipe-controlled weighing and batch management system.
This upgrade provides:

• Accurate, controlled ingredient dispensing
• Full recipe enforcement
• Real-time production data capture

As a result, all weighing and batching records are now fully paperless and digitally stored, improving both traceability and compliance.

⚖️ Digital Weighing & Mixing Control

At the mixing stage, TraceSense introduced scan-and-tip functionality to ensure:

• Correct ingredient verification before use
• Controlled tipping processes
• Elimination of manual recording errors

This ensures full visibility and control over the mixing process while maintaining strict adherence to production recipes.
